  • Return period : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return.
  • Product Condition : Product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Exclusions : Personalized products, custom-made to your specifications, are not eligible for refund, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

2. Reimbursement procedure

To request a refund, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service via our contact page indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your application is approved, prepare the package , making sure the product is well packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
  3. Return the package to the return address we will provide you. Return shipping costs are your responsibility , except in the case of a defective product or a delivery error on our part.

3. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If the product meets the return conditions, a full refund (excluding initial delivery charges) will be issued to the payment method used for purchase. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Defective products or ordering error

If you receive a defective product or the order does not meet your expectations, we apologize for the inconvenience. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. In this case, the return shipping costs will be our responsibility, and you will be fully refunded.
